Wild Thing delivers throughout United States. Deliveries in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan area are made by local courier.

National shipments are provided through DHL.

Delivery and/or shipping charges will be quoted to you when your order is placed. We guarantee on time delivery.

Basket Orders Placed For Local Delivery by 11:00 a.m. will be delivered the same day. Any orders placed after 11:00 a.m. will be delivered the next business day, unless a future delivery date is arranged. Same day delivery is available after 11:00 a.m.; however, a rush delivery fee may be incurred.

Residential Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Deliveries start at $8.00. This fee covers most of the greater Annapolis area. The Greater Baltimore-Washington area may incur delivery fees of $12.00-$20.00. Residential Deliveries made when no one is available to receive the delivery will be left with a neighbor if possible and a door tag will be left with notification of delivery and location.

Re-delivery Attempts - or re-routed deliveries to corrected addresses: When no one is available to receive packages, a second delivery attempt will be made. You will be charged accordingly. In addition, you will also be charged if the second delivery attempt is due to an incorrect address.

Commercial Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 8:00 am. and 5:00 p.m. Our courier service guarantees delivery by the close of the business day. Fees are the same as the residential fees outlined above.

Special timed deliveries will be quoted upon request.

Pick up orders must be picked up at the time agreed upon when the order is placed. Orders that are not picked up within 3 days of scheduled pick up time will be delivered via our courier service at the customers expense and will be billed accordingly.

We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value.

We offer invoicing with net 15 terms to customers with approved credit.

Signed contracts are required for corporate gift orders exceeding $1000 along with a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Personal Orders require payment by credit card or personal check. We accept Mastercard and Visa.
